organization. Often successful implementation depends on effective exploitation of tacit resources (knowledge, expertise, even gut feel) that are hard to communicate and encapsulate. As an adjunct in this area we offer a range of services such as scenario planning (including looking at the reality of the "worst possible case") and satisficing (the art of doing "just enough" to move things forward or overcome a blockage without betting the farm).
