Black Dog specialises in the practical application of management techniques, methods and systems in fast moving/growing/changing organizations.
Our prime interests are in the strategic exploitation of information, knowledge, and data within organizations: effecting business change and improvements on the operations of the organizations and their staff and customers. This tends to mean a strong focus on the use of internet/intranet technologies and the development/implementation of content, document, and records management solutions (including taxonomy and metadata). However we also have a strong background and interest in related spheres such as CRM and pure database solutions.
Black Dog works with an organization to solve real-world problems or to innovate new solutions: ideally starting with a level of consultancy and business case creation but then moving on to the actual implementation and following through to measure the success. Most projects have resulted in our project managing the actual solution build, roll out, and subsequent maintenance together with significant change and stakeholder management activities.
