Rob Welch and Tom Skelcher have over 20 years' experience each in the IT
industry They know the important things are (in order) the people who use the information, the content itself, and the way it is channelled to the
user. Oh, and the technology.
They have had roles as designers, directors, project and programme managers, and auditors. They have grown
organizations, and they know how to do that from practical experience.
They formed Black Dog in 1999, with a commitment to be independent - in every sense - and make life enjoyable again. So far, so good, as they have seen turnover, reputation, and serotonin levels increase each year.
